Contributing to the Community

Hanover Land Services, Inc., is proud to give back to the communities in which we work, routinely providing pro bono engineering and surveying services to benefit local civic and nonprofit organizations.

Company Service Projects

Following are a few of the projects that we have donated professional services for:

Carroll Lutheran School, Carroll County, Maryland
HLS prepared Site Plans for the construction of a new school building and several residential lots out of an existing farm. We later prepared the site plan for construction of the school's outdoor science pavilion. A portion of our services were donated for each project.

Manheim Township Recreation Park
HLS prepared erosion and sediment control plans and obtained plan approval so that the contractor could perform the earth-moving activities for construction of the Manheim Township's new recreational park.

Habitat for Humanity - York & Hanover
HLS prepared subdivision plans for a Habitat for Humanity townhouse development located in downtown York, Pennsylvania. Owner Doug Barmoy is on the Planning Committee for two Habitat projects in Hanover, Pennsylvania.
