Delta Utilities Surveys – Baltimore County, MD

Hanover Land Services, Inc. works with Delta Utility Services, Inc. to perform stakeout services related to various BGE substation upgrades in the Baltimore area. HLS crews have worked at sites that include improvement of existing active BGE substations and new sections of existing substations.

Work on projects to date included:

• Establishing on-site control
• Stakeout of grid, offset, and grounding lines for construction
• Stakeout of foundations for new concrete caissons for proposed BGE towers
