Moul Field – Hanover Borough, PA

HLS provided topographic survey and site plan for a new Borough owned soccer field to be construction primarily with donations from local businesses. Some services provided were pro-bono to help make this public project feasible. Services provided include:

• Topographic survey
• Prepare existing conditions plan
• Prepare grading and Erosion and Sediment Control (E&S) Plan
• Prepare E&S design and secure NPDES Permit
• Secure County Conservation District approvals
• Construction Stakeout
• Construction Coordination
• Construction Inspections
• Coordinate with various Borough agencies
