HLS prepared construction drawings to reconstruct this existing gravel/dirt roadway. This project required coordination with the existing utility companies to relocate utilities. HLS also prepared right-of-way and easement plats for the existing adjoining properties to allow the work to be conducted. The project included preparation of specifications and bid documents and construction administration, management, and stakeout. Extensive coordination with Township and adjoining property owners was required to facilitate roadway construction.
