USDA NRCS in Pennsylvania, Legal Boundary Surveys – Statewide

HLS was a small business prime contractor on this federal contract for the Natural Resource Conservation Service. HLS provided professional licensed surveying services consisting of:

• Site meetings with NRCS representatives and property owners to review proposed easement boundaries and make recommendations as necessary
• Deed and right-of-way research & plotting property deed mosaics
• Field surveys for wetlands reserve program easements and the associated access easements
• Plat preparation showing newly created easements
• Preparation of legal descriptions and surveyor’s reports
