Site surveys and complete Preliminary and Final Subdivision Plans for 224 Townhomes and Condominiums in the first 3 phases. HLS provided the following surveying and engineering services for this project:

• Existing conditions topographic survey and base plan
• Site layout
• Engineering design including roadways, utilities, storm drains, water and sewer systems, storm water management, sediment control and NPDES permitting, stream crossing, flood plain, and wetlands permitting
• Zoning variance request (including plan) for Condominium lots
• Client representation at Borough meetings
• Construction stakeout of site improvements and homes
