Meadowview Subdivision – Union Township, PA

HLS completed site surveys and Preliminary and Final subdivision plans for various phases of this 248-lot subdivision. Project grading, drainage and stormwater management design were particularly difficult because the site is relatively flat. HLS also completed plans for an adjacent 170-lot subdivision with the same residential developer. The following services were provided for this project:

• Existing conditions topographic survey and base plan
• Site layout
• Engineering including roadways, storm drains, water, sewer, wetlands, stormwater management, sediment control and NPDES permitting
• Coordination with Borough and Township to assure water and sewer supply to site
• Coordination with Board of Education for property donation
• Represent client at Township meetings
• Environmental permitting
• Construction stakeout of improvements
