Martin’s Ridge – Penn Township, PA

HLS complete site surveys, preliminary and final subdivision plans for this 29 lot residential subdivision. The design included coordination with adjacent properties also under development. Coordination was necessary to assure utility and road connections matched. The following is a partial list of services provided:
