HLS assisted Habitat for Humanity of Carroll County with providing 5 new townhomes for low income families. HLS provided to services (partially pro-bono) including:

• Site survey of existing conditions and topography
• Existing conditions plans
• Site plan for new townhomes
• Grading and Erosion and Sediment Control plan
• Coordination for City approvals
• Construction Stakeout
• Coordination with Contractors
