Engineering Plan Review – Carroll County, MD

HLS was contracted to provide Engineering Plan review services for the Carroll County Bureau of Development Review. Services included:

• Engineering review of plans including storm drain and roadway design
• Coordinated approvals with other County agencies & MD SHA
• Met with developers and engineers to discuss concerns with plans
• Represented County at meetings (TRC)
• Field visits to confirm site design
• Field visits to verify site distance for roadway design
• Wrote comment letters
• Signature for plan approval
• Processed Public Works Agreement and bonding requirements
